运动破解迷思说(二)
运动可以把脂肪变成肌肉!?
不能!肌肉和脂肪是两种不同的东西,不能够互相转换。
运动可以耗掉体内的脂肪,但脂肪不可能变成肌肉!
其实,肌肉的增减,要看运动量的大小,而脂肪的增减,则看摄取的卡路里多少。
如果运动量不足及摄取的卡路里过多,脂肪自然就会增加,人也会越来越肥了!
#运动要适量
